acetic formic anhydride - Production method
Cool sodium formate and ether to 3-5°C, add acetyl chloride dropwise under stirring, then raise the temperature to 25-30°C, and stir for 6h. Filter, the filter cake is washed with the same amount of ether, combined with washing, filtrate, and evaporate to remove ether to obtain methyl ethyl anhydride. 97% yield.
